02 - 2 tablespoons chocolate syrup, plus additional for garnish
03 - 1 tablespoon powdered sugar
04 - 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
05 - Pinch of salt

06 - 1 and 1/2 cups chilled cold brew coffee
07 - Ice cubes

08 - Shaved chocolate or cocoa powder, optional
# How To Make It:
01 - In a mixing bowl, combine heavy cream, chocolate syrup, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt.
02 - Using a hand whisk or electric mixer, beat the mixture until it thickens and forms soft peaks. Avoid overwhipping.
03 - Fill two serving glasses generously with ice cubes.
04 - Pour 3/4 cup of chilled cold brew coffee into each glass over the ice.
05 - Spoon the whipped chocolate cream gently on top of each cold brew, allowing it to float.
06 - Drizzle additional chocolate syrup and sprinkle with shaved chocolate or cocoa powder if desired. Serve immediately with a straw.
